By accessing our website, submitting payment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
1.1 Website & Digital Services
WebNehTech Solutions provides website design and development, application development, hosting, maintenance, subscriptions, marketing, ticketing systems, and related digital services. Services may be offered as one-time projects, recurring subscriptions, or both.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
2. Accounts & Security
2.1 Account Registration
Certain services may require account creation. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details secure.
2.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Payments, Billing & Authorization
3.1 Pricing
Pricing for services is displayed on our website, proposals, invoices, or checkout pages. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Pricing changes do not affect already-paid services unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, you authorize WebNehTech to charge the provided payment method for services purchased, including recurring hosting or subscription fees.
Payment of any invoice, checkout order, or subscription constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
3.3 Subscriptions & Hosting
Hosting and subscription services are billed in advance (monthly or annually).
Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time to prevent future charges.
Cancellation stops future billing only.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final once services have begun.
Development and design fees are non-refundable after work has started.
Hosting, maintenance, and subscription fees are non-refundable, including partially used billing periods.
No refunds are issued for delays caused by missing client content, approvals, or third-party services.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information and required content in a timely manner
Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
Use services in compliance with all applicable laws
Client delays do not qualify for refunds or credits.
6. User Content
6.1 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for content you upload, publish, or transmit through our services (“User Content”). You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or obscene.
6.2 License
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting content, you grant WebNehTech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to provide our services.
6.3 Monitoring
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms but are not obligated to monitor all content.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
All content, software, designs, and materials provided by WebNehTech remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.2 Client Ownership
Upon full payment, final deliverables become the property of the client. WebNehTech retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.
Unpaid work, drafts, or concepts remain the property of WebNehTech.
8. Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party platforms (hosting providers, payment processors, plugins). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third parties.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebNehTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebNehTech and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services at any time for non-payment, violations of these Terms, or misuse of services. Termination does not entitle the customer to a refund.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
